Joyful Movement Studio is a boutique Pilates studio located in San Antonio, TX. We offer private, one on one, Pilates classes. Each class is catered to the needs of each client, each day.
Joyful Movement gives you confidence in your body’s abilities, a deeper connection between mind and body, and improved coordination and flexibility. We extend an irreplaceable level of accountability and support to our clients as they continually work towards their goals.
Felicia has been moving her body since the age of four years old. With fourteen years of professional dance experience and eight years of teaching Pilates, Felicia brings a wide range of knowledge to each class and client that she works with.
Pilates focuses on joining the breath with precise movements of the body, challenging the individual physically and mentally, allowing the client to access a deeper connection to their body. Pilates also promotes balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints.
